  21. Control on raising public fund.
  22. Decoration and medals.
  23. Refugees.
  24. Zonal and District headquarters and their boundaries.
  25. Fire  Brigades.
  26. Narcotics control.
  27. Market control and fairs.
  28. Supervision international border and renovation of border pillars.
  29. Research and development in the field of Local Administration, Nepal Police and Prison administration.
  30. Supervision of Government buildings located at the district and the zones.
  31. Adoption by foreign citizens.
  32. National and international conference related to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
  33. Subjects related to Election Commission.
  34. Control of women trafficking and smuggling.
  35. Conflict Management.
  36. Other residual functions not specified for any other Ministries or Department.
